Fred Kaminski – Interim Manager with passion
For AC AlphaManagement, he introduced a Spice System at a large foreign automotive supplier and travelled worldwide for this supplier.
At the same time, he can explain a very dry topic at first glance with great passion. He succeeds in taking the employees with him with his ability to lead, on an issue that most see as troublesome and useless. But in recent years, the issue of quality has become considerably more important in the automotive supplier industry.
A great many expensive recalls have meant that suppliers have dealt with the issue all the way to the boardrooms. The nominated interim quality manager keeps up to date and continues to train. He has successfully introduced Spice to our client.
