I would like to introduce Klaus Uwe Hotz, who has a degree in electrical engineering, as Interim Manager of the Year.

He has more than 20 years of experience in development, project management, and sales in the automotive sector.

Supply industry. The customer, a company with sales in the billions, was looking for a business development manager who could open doors for them in the automotive sector in Germany.

The customer wants to use the emerging electric mobility in order to gain further importance as a supplier. He got more than he could expect from the work of this interim manager.

This interim manager has developed a new engineering business model. This business model includes the establishment of a start-up and the successful presentation of the first prototypes of this start-up at the IAA 2019. For this, he was awarded by the Association of Providers AIMP.
