Daniel Müller – new managing director introduces himself

I have been working in personnel consulting for over 25 years, starting in executive search and in interim management for over 20 years. My career began in 1999 as an identer, and since then I have gone through all the process steps of an interim management provider – right up to the management of a market-leading company. Since 2006, I have been continuously cultivating customer contacts, which still gives me great pleasure today. I successfully accompanied my first cross-border projects in France and Italy as early as 2009. Since then, the international dimension has been an integral part of my work, which is otherwise mainly national. Despite the increasing digitalization in our country, I believe that personal exchange is indispensable. Direct discussions with company representatives, interim managers and providers ensure quality and promote long-term partnerships. Every company, every contact, every challenge, every briefing is different. I see my role first and foremost as a partner and advisor to the decision-maker on the company side, helping him or her to formulate his or her problem and helping to define the role and characteristics of the appropriate interim manager. During the course of the project, it is the shared commitment to the client’s needs that distinguishes a serious provider. Ultimately, managers and I have to be quick and to the point, that is our value proposition to the client. I am delighted that in AC Alpha Interim Experts I have found a company that shares my standards and preferences. In particular, the lively and proven international network is important in order to be able to support our clients with their challenges not only locally, but globally.
